This post explains what you need to have ready, how to build the CV the engine can read with greater depth, and how to use AI to write it well without distorting it.

El motor cruza tu CV con tu perfil estructural. Para que ese cruce sea preciso, la trayectoria tiene que estar completa: todos los roles, incluyendo freelance, emprendimientos propios, proyectos paralelos y períodos de transición. Los tramos que más incomodan contar suelen ser los más informativos.
The engine crosses your CV with your structural profile. For that cross to be precise, the trajectory needs to be complete: all roles, including freelance work, your own ventures, parallel projects and transition periods. The stretches that feel most uncomfortable to share tend to be the most informative.
Logros con contexto y resultado medible.Achievements with context and measurable results.
Describir una responsabilidad no es lo mismo que describir un logro. "Lideré el equipo de ventas" es una descripción de rol. El formulario te pide que describas una situación reciente donde tu cuello de botella limitó tu avance. Respondé con una situación concreta: qué pasó, qué decidiste, qué resultado obtuviste. Cuanto más específica sea la respuesta, más preciso será el diagnóstico. Una descripción de patrón ("tengo dificultades para delegar") no le da al motor la información que necesita.
The form asks you to describe a recent situation where your bottleneck limited your progress. Answer with a concrete situation: what happened, what you decided, what result you got. The more specific the answer, the more precise the diagnostic. A pattern description ("I have trouble delegating") doesn't give the engine the information it needs.

La IA funciona bien para dar estructura y claridad. La distorsión aparece cuando se le pide que complete información que no existe o que infle logros. El motor de Mapen detecta inconsistencias entre lo declarado y el perfil estructural — un CV inflado produce un diagnóstico menos útil.
AI works well for giving structure and clarity. Distortion appears when it's asked to fill in information that doesn't exist or inflate achievements. Mapen's engine detects inconsistencies between what's declared and the structural profile — an inflated CV produces a less useful diagnostic.

Orden cronológico inverso. Para cada posición: título, empresa, período, 2-3 logros con verbo de acción y resultado medible.
